Best of Chicago

I thought Chicago was fabulous. Below are some of my favorite things I discovered in the city.
The Architecture River Cruise. We took this tour at night and it was gorgeous! It departs from Navy Pier and the boat takes you down (or up) the Chicago River and you're surrounded by the lit up skyscrapers. The information we received by the tour guide was very interesting, as well.

The Signature Room at The John Hancock Center. You can get the lunch buffet for $18 a person and the views are amazing. If you don't feel like standing in line at the Sears (or newly dubbed Willis) Tower, definitely come here!
Volare. Great Italian restaurant. Intimate, cozy, and good food. You can check out their website if you're interested. I had the risotto, which was delicious. We went with a large party and everyone loved his or her dish.

Wrigley Field. Such a fun stadium to watch a baseball game. The fans are so enthusiastic and the stadium itself is very charming. I also liked the nearby Goose Island brewery where I had some blueberry ale. Mmmm....
Giordano's. I recommend their deep-dish pizza. You can't go to Chicago without trying some deep-dish! (No pic-sorry!)

The Cloud Gate (or the Bean). It's just too cool not to see. Check it out at Millennium Park.
I am already looking forward to my next trip back-although I'll probably go somewhere new first!
